Hi all,
We have started construction of our house. Its a Duplex. This is the link to the plan of the house.

I wanted to you to all help me setup devices at home.
Following will be devices
1. A Gaming PC ( Yeah, I am hardcore PC Gamer)
2. Logitech Z906
3. Sammy 32'' LCD TV
The above three devices will be placed on first floor room.
4. Two Laptops
5. Asus RT N13U running dd-wrt
Proposed devices
1. A HT Setup with a 42'' in the main hall.
2. A book shelves at one bedroom.
3. A media player
Now, all I wanted to know is how do I connect all my devices. I was thinking making LAN provision throughout the house in all rooms. The audio/video content is mainly stored on Gaming PC. I prefer all devices connected over LAN so that I have access to media content.
I am still not clear on requirements though. I am new to networking and stuff. I will gradually update the thread with requirements.
