YouTube, Amazon do not support 5.1 sound. They are stereo only. Which means if source movies are stereo, you will not get 5.1 sound unless you use fake 5.1 like Dolby pro-logic and the likes. As you have not mentioned your entire budget, it would be difficult for forum members to suggest systems.
Also you might want to give some details of how big your room is as it will play a big role in what kind of system will suffice.

Tuff Bro, Amazon is providing few titles with 5.1 DD+ now.. Yes, Youtube is still on stereo...
