I'm looking for a new television.
Simple & clean, I don't care about functions like Smart TV, 3D, ...
If 3D is possible, it's nice, but I don't believe it will break through in the near future.

In will be standing in my bedroom, 3 meter max.
Used for:
- movies & series (PC, PS3 (sometimes));
- games (PS3, PC);
- TV (sometimes);
- PC use (sometimes).

If streaming is available I could use it, but it has to have: subtitles and MKV support, if not it's useless for me. If it's possible: H264 support too.

Budget: 450 max

Televisions I thought of were the following:
- Toshiba 32 or 40RL938G
- Panasonic 32 or TX-L37E5

And one bigger screen and maybe too big for my room, but I consider it:
Panasonic UT50 42" model

Welcome to HFV.

Models in India are somewhat different than those in Europe. But I believe that most LED and plasma models will meet your requirements and specs. If you are heaving into games and PC, then I will advise to look LED models. Panasonic plasma 42UT50 is excellent otherwise.

Thanks. I will skip the 42UT50, in the Western of Europe it's 530 euro (+/- 38k INR), a bit too expensive. I'd like to keep it under the 32k.

Welcome on board mate!
Since you have constraint budget then I wont suggest you Sonys model even though they are quite brilliant in PQ but they demand high price, looking at the downside of price I think you should look at some LG models they are quite low-priced here in India.
