Norge 4242 vs Ahuja 4040

hello! everybody This is my first post. I want to connect Bose Acoustimass 3 series IV 2.1 with good amplifier , have two options An old Ahuja 4040 or to buy a new Norge 4242 .Which would be better.

Norge 4242 is a good amplifier.
