one for all setup code for Tata Sky HD

Anyone has an idea what the remote code for One for all comfortline 5 universal remote for tata sky hd. In fact I'd be much obliged if someone can tell me the make/model number for the STB as one-for-all's website has an entry for Tata Sky, but I can;t run a query since I dont know the model # and just typing Tata Sky HD doesnt bring about a result.

Hi, I have been using 0847 for TTS HD in my one for all remote (model no URC 8308) without any issues.

The process to find out the code is:

Select remote model number
Type in the device (tata sky hd)
get the number and program it in.

i used the Sky tv preset in my Philips SRU 8015. some keys were missing, but i mapped them.

Does anyone know if One for All URC-3940 Remote Controller can be used with Tata Sky+ as well? I plan to buy this to make my Sony BDP-S490 region free, but if it can function with all my devices, even better.

^^ It should be compatible. If you can't find the code, you can use learning method whereby you copy the IR signals from the original remote code. I suggest logitech URC as they have large product support.

I would like to buy the Logitech URC, but can it be used to unlock my Sony BDP-S490 for all region DVDs? That is my main purpose.
