Onkyo 3300 supports Philips BDP2600/94 player?

Hi,

I have a dell 24" monitor with HDMI and onkyo 3300.

can i connect philips BDP2600/94 player,?

if so... I need two cables of HDMI ?

One for player to Onkyo and the other from Onkyo to Monitor..?

does the above process fulfill the perfection of working?
