Oppo is a reference quality Blu-ray player with the ability to play certain types of media files also. Oppo BDP-83SE, the model you have mentioned is no longer available. The latest corresponding model is BDP-95, which uses a SABRE32 Reference Audio DAC and is targeted at the audio enthusiast. But it is very expensive.
I think if you are primarily into high quality music, you can buy a CDP. If movie watching is a must, look at a media player which can also play lossless audio formats, and an inexpensive Blu-ray player.

I suppose the costs of three equipments - CD player at around 25k plus media player around 10k plus a generic blu ray player at around 10k comes to 45k.
The oppo bdp 95 retails at 40k. So if you can find a way to get it to India in person through a friend rather than shipping it, you might have a good deal in India. As you will get a single player which will have a better audio transport/dac/clock than the budget cd players, a better upscaling chip than the average media players or blu ray players.
However, if you buy it locally or get it shipped, the price then reaches around 60k, where it becomes a bit too expensive.

after i get a oppo 95 .. will I still need a stereo amplifier along with it ..or it will it be sufficient to buy some good setero speakers ..

You will need an integrated stereo amp or a pre-amp plus stereo amp for passive speakers.
If you choose active speakers like say Genelec or Audioengine you wont need an amp.
