Hi Madhav I check out today in JP Nagar and even though the samsung looked better PQ wise I preferred the Pany X30D plus the 3 year warranty ( the croma prices are on the higher side)

Finally i got carried away and bought the X30D from PAI for 35000 just few minutes back ( the ice breaker was also the 3 year warranty , piece of mind) and I know this is a good price as I have done over a months research for the correct price in Bangalore. If any body else is interested in getting the pany at that price PM me and I will guide you.

After lurking around the forum for the past 2 weeks and getting confused between Samsung/LG/Panasonic plasmas, I have finally bought the Panasonic Plasma 42X30D for 32.k from Jayam Electronics, Chennai with 3 years Warranty.

Pana was my least preferred brand after my LCD broke down after just 1.5yrs use but seeing the warranty/price, I took the plunge...
