Panasonic 47E5D for 64K - Need Opinion

Guys -

Yesterday I happened to visit Reliance Digital Store to buy some stuff. During my visit there was one TV that was offered at very reasonable price.

Panasonic 47E5D for 64K!!! (LED Full HD)

Reason for this Price: They said that this is a display piece and the model is 2012 which includes 3 year warranty including Panel. Apart from that Reliance is offering additional 2 year warranty for 6K which includes panel.

He also told that, still he can reduce the price at the time of purchase.

Let me know what is the best price I can negotiate in case if i think of purchasing.

Just visit a couple of places and find the right price. I think for a display piece you should insist at around 60-62K.
