Actually I missed/skipped some steps while pairing
I don't know where I am wrong

Help

Panasonic devices has some problem I think.
I too have a Panasonic TV which is DLNA enabled, but it does not detect my DLNA server (Windows PC).
I am able to ping the Panasonic TV from my PC and I can see that it assigned an IP address.
But for some reason the TV does not show on my list of network devices and the TV also does not detect the DLNA server.

See my earlier thread in this forum asking for advice, I tried all options and looked up everywhere on the internet and I could not find a solution.

I believe this has got something to do with Panasonic implementation of the DLNA standards.

Well first the phone and the BDP are to be connected to the same network on wifi or wired as the case may be.

Second there should be a DLNA server running on your phone (if android try bubble upnp or skitfa)

choose the source of your music & movies

choose the renderer for playing

browse and play

afaik bluetooth connectivity is not necessary

Panasonic on their website used to recommend media monkey UPnP server for best pairing with their TVs. But from my personal experiance I can tell you that Serviio (Free Version) works best with Panasonic products. I have also tried plex but many a time plex hangs while seeking through a file and in many cases fails to render the video.

If you have the DLNA (UPnP) server running on one machine and TV in the same network then when both are connected and online, restart the DLNA server and see if TV detects the same. You can use bubble upnp on your phone to control palyback of streamed media from your PC to you TV in case you do not want to use the TV remote for the same.

Some DLNA servers need you to grant permission to each client that connects to it for security (eg. Windows Media Player built-in DLNA server)
