PANASONIC V20 D gone dead

Hello Friends,
This is my 1st post, i have a 50 in Panasonic V20 plasma which went dead last week . i had bought it in 2010 june.

the panasonic service centre in chennai told me that they are unable to fix the issue.

Can seniors suggest a good alternative repair shop to fix it
I love the TV and i still feel there could be some life left.
Also there were vertical lines that had cropped up.

You have not mentioned about the full model number. I understand it's out-of-warranty now.
