philips DVD player for Onkyo 3300

Hi,

I am planning to buy Onkyo 3300 and a separate Philips DVD player (DVP3368). But the currently available Philips DVD players do not have any DTS-digital-out. Is it really needed, as I will be using coaxial connection from the DVD player to the 3300?

Or should I go for some other DVD player with DTS-digital-out?

Experts, please advice.
