Hi FMs -
I live in Bangalore. Need your recommendation on a phono that I can go out and buy for my TT. I used to have a Denon 2106 that had a phono stage and my upgraded 2113 does not have one hence the need for a separate phono.

There are many phonostages out there in different price ranges. The most common ones are from NAD and Cambridge audio (in the budget category). If you have a flair for DIY, then the CNC phonostage is the way to go.

I have heard this phono stage from Music Hall - PA 1.2. Sounds very good for the low price. And will handle both MM and MC.

Since you are in Bangalore check out the Trigon Vanguard at The Listening Room. Hand made in Germany. No China crap. I use it myself and it's very good value for money.
Two reviews:

The prices mentioned in the reviews are much higher than the price here in India
