The CDs sold at Razzaq's roadside store tend to be used ones, mainly. Check the condition, and if there are no surface scratches, they should play just fine.

Pilak Bhatt (Music Circle, Kandivali) has a much larger collection of rock, blues and jazz CDs. These are mostly new and sealed.

I have bought CDs from Pilak Bhatt of Musiccircle from the stall they have setup in 2023 Mahindra Blues festival. Nice gentleman to deal with.
