Planning to buy a new LED TV

I am planning to buy a new LED.
My budget is around 30000 only.
should be minimum of 32". Viewing distance is 5 feet to 8 feet.
Please suggest me a good value for money TV with maximum features.

Try to go for some other brand which are better than LG like Panasonic or Sony.
