Playing a Blu Ray CD having A region marked in a player which is region free

I have a Samsung D5500 blu ray 3D player, which i have made region free by using the procedure mentioned in the site for other post. Now i have purchased a blu ray 3D cd thru Amazon which is marked as a region code as "A" and now i can't play the CD in my player. I even tried by changing the region code to 1 which is US region code. But still it did not work. Is there solution available?

I doubt whether this player can be made region free for blu-rays using remote control hack. The hack is for dvd only.

@Anandabh - There is no such thing as a blu-ray CD.
CD = Compact Disc. BD = Blu-ray Disc

PS: The region free remote control hack works only for DVDs.
