please help me out_audio format not supported in sony bravia

please help me out.i am using sony bravia/from pen drive or externl hard disk some of mkv or mp4 video files or blu ray hd filse are showing unsupported audio format.althogh those files are playable in my laptop.please give me a solution:sad::sad:

Mostly these files have dts audio which the tv doesn't support. You can use tools like popkorn audio converter to change the audio to dolby digital which most tvs support.
