Please Suggest 46 to 50in Non 3d Best LED TV

Kindly suggest 50 inch NON-3D LED TV for my brother.
What is most important is Picture Quality.
We don't do gaming or don't want to use as Monitor.

We have shortlisted below models: ( price range 75 to 85 thousand)
1. Panasonic 50E6
2. Samsung 46F6100 ( though its 3D)
3. Samsung 46F6400 ( though its 3D)
4. Sony 46W700

Please need your valuable advice
