Pls suggest the good one out of these three models

Hello All,

I am planning to buy a 40" LED TV sometime around the new year. I have shortlisted these three models which fit into my budget (50K)

1. Samsung UA40EH5000R
2. Samsung UA40EH5330R
3. Sony 40ex430

Expectation: Good PQ and SQ in a package. Should have the ports to connect to 5.1 HT (I am planning to buy one soon).

Primary usage: Currently using SD only, May upgrade to HD set top box sometime later. Not much interested in Smart TV facilities.

Can you please suggest the best out of these three options?
