i wanna buy a plasma nd i hv chkd out panasonic p42u30d and p46u20d which one should i buy ?..plz help

p46u20d----49k
both with three year waranty nd both are in my budget but i m confused whch one shud i buy
p46 dnt hav--- wifi ready option,dlna,no usb port only sd card port ,no optical out whereas p42u30d hav all these specs bt the confusion is dat 46u20d hav large screen 4 inches more temme wat shud i buy ill tradeoff for internet ready tv bcs i can use net on my cell nd comp .bt the optical out option is still cnfusing for me ?...thnks in advance plz do rep ur important views
