Polk Audio TSI500 repair

My friend in Mumbai has Polk Audio TSI500 towers.

He was outside the country for some years and they were not used.
The surrounds have cracked.

Is it possible to -
1. find replacement drivers from Polk Audio?
2. get replacements from another brand that match or are an upgrade?
3. get the surrounds replaced from a proficient repair guy/shop?
