Hello everyone- My bic pl 200 sub is not powering on. While I have purchased this I was promised by pristine which is one and only authorised direct dealer in India, that I will get 5 years of amp warranty & 8 years on my sub..I have purchased in 2022,July.
I have received a call for replacing fuse ,and that too is dead after replacing with a statement from prestine- that this is not going to cover under warrenty.
This type of cheat is being experienced from buc America. Request for way forward.....
