Finally I followed everything you told and disconnected my internet cable even before attempt to uninstall drivers and after reboot I installed only catalyst control center11.11 but there is no change still the problem persist.

I think reinstalling Windows7 is the best solution for your problem. After it, install latest ATI catalyst, Realtek HD audio, LAN drivers etc. Then under playback devices set the ATI HDMI audio as the default playback device.
