Hello,

I want to buy a projector screen, preferably -
size greater than 130 inch
aspect ratio 16:9
motorized
for my epson tw5300. I have been looking into hifivision and online shopping sites for a long time but haven't been able to choose one. Please if someone can suggest a good projector screen available online or suggest any good dealer at Kolkata.

Thanks.

Hi

Look at 'Milan' brand....they are the ones who make the projector screens for a lot of big brands ...who sell then under their tags.....

The range of projector screens are large, it depends upon how finicky you are with it.

First decide, if you are going with a pull down or a fixed screen.

If its a fixed screen, there are readymade screens like Pioneer Elite, which are good, look nice but expensive.

The next range is to buy material from various sources and build the frame through a local carpenter. I went through this route.

In this, the cheapest are the local manufactures of cinema screen material who will sell in bulk, next would be blackout material and the most expensive will be sources like Dalite.

Thanks for the reply. I will look more into the options you have mentioned.
Ideally I would like to go for a pull down or motorized. Actually my plan to drop it from ceiling and hide the wall behind the screen which will have the tv mounted. The total width of the wall is little greater than 12 ft out of I plan to use 9 to 10ft for the screen. Ideally the screen height should be 6 ft. The viewing dist will be nearly 16 ft.
