Hi,
I have a 4 year old Panasonic P50ST30D which has had its display board busted twice in the last three months :( I wasn't using any stabilizer for the tv since it didn't occur to me that these are all imported panels and not designed to tolerate high voltage fluctuations... primarily also because I haven't had any issue in the first 3.5 years.. The last service engineer suggested a 5-6 minute time-delay stabilizer, which doesn't sound like the most exciting or easily available option.. Do I necessarily need this? Any suggestions what would be the best product for me to protect my dear tv from getting busted a third time :)
Thanks a lot!

P.S: Also have a PS3 attached to this... and plan to hook up a sound system in near future... Also no inverter/UPS... was lazy to invest since the house already had a power backup system

thanks Viper08 will check the link out.. are you also using any surge protectors or online UPS with the stabilizer(s)?

Using Luminous UPS and Belkin surge protector in addition to a stabilizer. Never had any issues.

The UPS being online also should help with voltage fluctuations.
