Recommend 40in LED/Plasma 55k max for RX473 . 3D/smart not important

I am looking for a minimum 40 incher LED/Plasma in 55k max . I am open to online purchases or from gaffar Market . 3D or smart TV functions are not required as I am not interested in 3D , gave me headache on friends Samsung . As such watching TV with goggles when I already have prescription glasses not my cup of TV. Not averse to buying a 3D also if fulfills my requirement but will switch off 3D and enjoy my 2D as forum recommends . Room has 2 big windows with lot of light and light curtains . If I buy Plasma will have to change to dark curtains which also are available .
Some essentials
- Want Full HD and good PQ
- Have Yahama RX -473 as AV receiver which is connected to internet .
- Have Jamo S 426 HCS 3 5-Piece HT System so audio out not important
- Have Airtel HD STB with all soap opera HD channels activated
- Have Seagate FAT+ for HD playback .
- HDMI , USB ports , media format compatibility not important due to above
- Idiot box will run for atleast 5/7 hours with HD soap operas and Blueray rips .
- Recommended if it has Ethernet port .
- Have a 2.4 Ghz & 5Ghz simultaneous home network so if WIFI available even better
- I will not going while purchasing but someone will deliver so experts opinion counts

Prices are just for reference . if will buy online then check others for lowest prices . Most probably will buy from Gaffar if price difference in seller warranty and manufacturer warranty is huge . Dont want something with seller warranty which dies on 366 th day .

UT series from panasonic wins in picture quality without any doubt..
so its your call now..

thanks for the quick reply but what about LED options . If UT50 not available I have to be ready with alternatives .
Delivery is not by seller . I am sending someone who will go and check the piece and everything . What i meant I will not be able to go and compare so which ever the experts recommends will be my choice .
I know plasma drawbacks IR retention and all and I am ready

Since Airtel has large red opaque logo, I will not recommend plasma. I have some doubts about UT50 availability. You can consider Samsung 43F4900 instead.

LED TVs shuch as Toshiba PS200, Sony EX430, Samsung 5100 will be a good choices.

p/s. I have no idea of grey market prices.

Look for philips 42 inch 6977 led priced around 52k online. No 3d or smart features.Has good Pq.

Panasonic 42UT50 would beat the rest for sure............In LED I would go with any of the below:

Thanks for all the help . Another contender added LG 42LN5710 (42-inch LED) seems good , will check in night and check the Gaffar prices to come to conclusion
