Recommend a 32inch TV for bedroom

Hi Folks,
We are on the lookout for a new TV for our bedroom, with the below requirements:
Please recommend...

Room: Bedroom / wall-mounted
Size: 32 inch
Brand: Any major brand (owned all major brands and respect all of them)
Tech: LED / LCD / Plasma (in no order)
Source: Cable
Budget: Around 25K (don't want something expensive)
Merchant: online (reputable) / Hyderabad stories
Warranty: Company's (no grey items)

Single most important requirement is the PQ for cable input (non-hd).

For HD we have a 3d TV in our living room.

Rather late to recommend , but I recently got Toshiba PB21 32 inch. LCD and I am very satisfied . It has USB movie feature also .
I think you made a good decision to go for Toshiba .
