Recommend a good camera

The fujifilm camera is better than the sony as it has a wider lens. if you can make do with semi-hd video capture then the fujifilm camera is better.

Depends on the use. The two are extremely different cameras.

The Sony is family type of camera. One that you will slide into your pocket and will be there to help you capture a moment all the time. It's an utility. Sony colors are saturated (relatively) and resolution is good. Per pixel sharpness is not excellent but for sharing and print they will be okay.

The Fujifilm is an entirely different camera. One that will put you into the Enthusiast club. It will give you freedom of expression and with it your curiosity will only increase, potentially turning you into a serious photographer some time. It's pictures would be slightly color neutral (a bit desaturated even), per pixel sharpness somewhat better. It's zoom range will allow you to take shots your friends will really gawk at. But that will only be the case if you have a stable pair of hands or use a tripod. With a long zoom people have the tendency to cross their personal shooting capability and that in turn means they end up with more pics they would trash rather than keep. But if you have the skill or know where to draw the line, you will constantly get pictures that will get a lot of likes. Needless to say, this camera won't let you remain discreet.

Your choice. What do you want? Decision making couldn't be easier!

Any thoughts from your side. Plz suggest on this. I want to place order soon.

Thanks

both are different types of camera..
sony is a p&s which is ultra portable whereas Fuji is also a point & shoot but fairly categorized under bridge camera...

what will be your usage ?

once you get into serious bridge cameras there are multiple options.
i would suggest you to narrow down on form factor first and then look into camera...

under small/portable camera canon ixus 220HS is best bet around 11k..

Try these too :

Panasonic LZ30 (latest) or LZ20
Canon SX160 IS
Fujifilm SL300
Sony H200 (latest) or H100

You might've to shell out little more but you'll get the best in that. Check reviews and if any of your friends have these, try them.
