regarding d2h sd to hd exchange

Just wanted to ask a few questions:

1. Will I get Rs.1000 credited to my account only when upgrading by online? Can I do it from nearby shops also?

2. Currently subscribed to Diamond Pack. So can I be able to continue the same pack after upgrading to hd box?

1. It is better to do online or talking directly to Videocon d2h helpline.

2. Since there is no equivalent Diamond HD pack, you will either have to downgrade to the similar priced Gold HD pack or upgrade to Platinum HD pack. Just contact the customer care - they will know better.
