Require Suggestions for gaming/htpc

Hi folks please give me some suggestion to build gaming/htpc
I like to play games with high resolution, I usually play games like rainbow 6,splinter cell,nfs,assasins creed etc..
my preference for game & movie 50:50.
Please guide as I don't have much knowledge for all this stuff.
what should be appropriate budget for pc ? My initial budget is 30000 can stretch little bit more.
Do I need to use sound card for movie and music or graphic card ?
please suggest me

A decent HTPC (Intel i5 processor + 4 GB RAM + 1 TB HD) with a moderate level Graphic Card (Nvidea or ATI) should come under your budget. I m not sure which monitor U will use for your purpose, that may incur lil more. Multi Channel Sound card is pretty much inbuilt in the mother board these days.

I didn't include monitor in this budget.By the way which mobo will suit with i5?

Since you are into gaming at least half the time I would suggest take a decent graphic card to begin with .. but that will set you back anywhere from 10-14k to begin with.. a moderate i3+mobo can go up to 14 I think.... Don't know the pricing for those nowadays...and we are not taking into consideration the chasis, PSU, RAM , HDD .. so was wondering if you can stretch your budget more to accomodate a proper graphic card so as to not lose interest in the high Res games you play because of inferior graphics for over a year.. This I say as per my experience.. Proper future proofing is senseless now a days in PC with respect to gaming..
