Rotel Service in India plz help?

Hi everybody,
I recently preowned Rotel preamplifier RSP-985 which is not working:sad: Everything working fine the unit powers up,monitor out works,lights up, The only problem is none of the input sources is working. I gave to Power Electronics,Ritchie street Chennai The guy took more than one month and finally said it has board problem It cannot be repaired he said he is unable to get spares. Can anybody say are there any Rotel service guys in India?
