Samsung 2019 - Voice wake up

Hi all,
I have a Samsung Q80R, this tv features a voice wake up feature which helps for hands free voice commands but it does not work on my tv. i am also confused about its usage so i wanted to see if anyone with a 2019 qled got this working , i have raised a ticket with samsung as well

Hey, I have a q60r, never used voice wake up. Will check and let you know if it's available on my tv
