Samsung 32c550 or lg 32ld460 or panasonic u20

Hi frnds pls help me in selecting the lcd tv. My budget is rs32000/- max. I will be buying the lcd in 2 days.i finalised this 3 models.
LG 32ld460
Samsung C550/530
panasonic U20
pls suggest other models too.
i will be using the tv for HD television and gaming and HD movies.
usb playback is a must
i:yahoo: searched the internet in a hope to clarify my confusion but got myself more comfused.As of now i am leaning towards lg for ips panel and support for usb playbak and panasonic for its 3 yr warranty but it support only jpeg img via usb. So pls guys help me in deciding.

I hv recently bought 42" Panasonic X20D Plasma TV in Delhi for Rs.32500 without the freebies. It works awesome.

Earlier I had checked 32" U20 and it was avlb for Rs.29000/-.

Ok buddy,you should consider LG LD 650 which has 200 mhz and 2ms response time and a higher contrast ration compared to the other models,would be expensive though

can,t extend my budget but still will try to bargain and can any one tell me is lg ld550 is better than samsung c550
