SAMsung C530 vs LG D550 vs Sony EX 400 , which 32" ?

YES..... but I doubt the price of that particular EX400 will fall. Like I said, grab it!!! before it gets away

why not samsung 32C450. its not full HD.
but for 32" screen FHD is overkill.
for 32 size you cannot tell the difference btw hd and fhd at 5 ft distance due to resolving limits of our eyes..
r u going to sit closer than 5 ft to tv....if C530 has any other feature which is imporant to u..go for it, but not for FHD.
C450 is avbl for 28-29K with b/w.
many reviewers recommend it...

I am almost decided to buy the ex400 on the grey. Market from Bangalore sukhsagar at 30 500 so 29 is a steal

Price for the bx 300 32 Inch is 24 500
The ex500 is 35k

Wall mount 650+400 installation by Sony guy itself

After a week of comparison with the others Samsung and panny

I strong felt the sound quality was always beter on the Bravia
The deeper black on the ex400 compared to the Samsung and panny was another factor

Hi guys,
This is Sanket from mumbai,
Even I am on the lookout for the best LCD available within 35k. Have shortlisted C530 and LG 550 or 650(both are almost identical in all respects)
If USB support is important to you then I would suggest Samsung as LG does not support all video format. Even their website mentions 'DIVX thru USB'. there is another thread discussing the same issue.

I recently bought 32LG LD series and the picture quality is good. But when you switch on the LCD the screen is not exactly black , which Sony has. If you perfectionist, i would suggest you audition all of them with you own HD movie, compare and decide.

Need some advice from the experienced members. I am considering LG 42 Jazz Theater aka 42LH60YR with 700W PMPO built in. I like it because it eliminates the need for an audio amplifier/receiver, and I am also hoping to eliminate my Sony stereo system.

I will be connecting:
1. laptop
2. xbox
3. dvd player with FM built in

Question 1: Has anyone connected their DVD player to the Jazz Theater series? How is the FM sound quality? For a small living room, 20'x15' is the sound good enough? Does it compare to a 300W PMPO Sony audio system.

Question 2: Are there any options to connect additional speakers to this TV? Is there an option to connect an external Subwoofer?

Question 3: I am getting a really good deal on the older LG "Jazz" series (400W PMPO). Would you say "Jazz Theater" series with 700 W PMPO is much superior in terms of everyday music and TV viewing?

Question 4: Would you still buy the LG Jazz Theater series again? Or would you choose another TV brand, e.g. Samsung or Onida (for its good sound?).

Many many thanks in advance for your help.

Suhail
