Service menu on 32LS5700

I bought the LG 32LS5700 - 2012 model for 32k today from croma. Though they have promised me a box piece with this model already being discontinued there v is a real chance of getting a display piece. I have tried online but can't find any how to find the usage hours or service menu. I want to make sure of things when they deliver it tomorrow.

thanks. just wondering if there is a way to reset in the menu too?

and is there a support button on the remote or is it menu button, main menu under that support?

I don t thing the reset works for used time...yes support is in the menu botton..

there is no menu button in my LG model. I found settings - > system info shows 1579. seconds or hours even lg guy was not sure. I have used the tv for over three hours but still it is same.

Humm ... Does it (1579) say used time ? In my TV , it changes. Your LG model settings are diff, however I suggest you to see all the settings, play with it, and if the button exist, you shud be able to find the same. If no, I would say, dont worry about it so much as long as TV looks good, works good. Cheers and enjoy your TV.
