I had a mixed experience with Mr. Johny Peters. Based on the forum recommendations I sent my older Cyrus iii amp to him for some specific issues. I got the amp back yesterday and the main issue is not resolved, which he claimed was resolved, plus few other new issues have cropped up relating to the remote control which were not there before - so I am just going to junk the unit. Anyways my mistake perhaps sending the unit outstation, always better to use local technicians, so at-least one can check out the unit before paying.
Other than that he is very prompt and courteous, so that was positive.
