Shure M97xe stylus pics

Did a microscopic comparison of Shure M97xe styluses(default and Jico SAS). Obviously no point in commenting on their performance as that's well documented in HFV and various other audio/TT forums. Just wanted to see their appearances. Here is the result.

With such a sharp "eye" to aid you, you should be able to set correct SRA of 92 Deg Is this an USB microscope? Or a regular one?

It's an old USB toy bought some years back for my son. Works pretty well though.

What I found very interesting is the shape and size of the tips. The SAS tip is so small that when I rec'd it frm Jico, I thought they forgot to put the diamond on the cantilever.
