Smart TV is bringing in the smart and cool features in the TV.

Internet,Wifi, ..etc are already part of it.

Now you will be able to control the TV just using your hands (using gesture interface) . Microsfot first introduced gesture control with its xBox its called kinetic device and later Sony also introduced the same device with its Playstation and now it will be part of TVs.

And In smart TV you can bring in more interactive games, Even you can install more Apps like in your smart phones.

The only stupid question is one that is not asked - so don't worry! Indeed, there is much confusion and ignorance regarding what exactly is a "Smart TV". In my opinion a Smart TV - such as LG 55LM8600 or Samsung ES8000R - have a host of specialized features that make them Smart. These features include - a Home dashboard, an inbuilt app store, a host of Premium Content providers, an integrated web browser - including search function, Social Media center, Skype, dedicated 3D content streaming and Smartphone remote support.
