Software for NGO

Iam looking for
Voice to Text converter (and or Audio to Text converter). (Voice to text converter - in ms word, text file. That can also include images/ tables etc from outside source - just like insert image button in ms word) (Probably converting a wav file to text file)
Any software (Free download or paid)? Can you direct me the link/company from where i can get one? Even if its available in US, i would like to get one. (I see one option of voice convertion in windows XP, but would want to know any features in other such convertion softwares)

This will be used primarily for converting audio to text files and print them in braille format for the use of handicapped.

I can go ahead with paid option, but would like to get them at the lowest rate possible (ofcourse with features that's included in the software), because this amount will be used from the donor's fund received.

Any leads?

i really doubt on the sucess of such softwares even if its paid.. they gebnerally dont tend to give satisfactory result. i would suggest you to go for translation services for the same...

there are many demo and free software available on the net.. you can try them and if it works you can always buy the full version.. as far as i know.. they wont end up giving satisfactory result..
