Sony 40EX650 @52.5k with 1 Yr Mfg Warranty

Confused whether to buy or not.

What if they send broken tv?
What if screen breaks while transport?
What if they send grey product?
What if they keep your money for 1 month and then refund?

If anything from above happens, What kind of backup and sources you have to fight then?

Thats the main concern which is the reason i m worried to buy from here as in retail shops the pricing is 62k nd here its 10k less..
And they dont have COD which is a main concern..

you can ask about your queries....
yes a broken tv can come...if so do they have transit insurance or not etc etc...and about manufacture warranty or not ...

let me tell an incident.one of my friend recieved actulayy a broken tv.so we were extremely frustated after recineving that.that was from seventymm site...there were a hell ton of follow up.....for 2 months..but ultimatly they sent a new tv as they had the transit insurance....anyway my friend were lucky.

if you are ready to follow up and take the risk....can go for saving 10k...
online purchase is best....but on a fragalile product like tv its better to have locally.

I don't think it shall be an issue, buying online.. Indiatimes gives official manufacturer warranty..

Yes never bought anything big like a TV.. but I bought my BB9360 as well 6 months ago from them.. But they takes unusually long time to process and ship the item .. about 3 weeks for the BB so it can be more for something like TV.. Cinsidering that it is fragile, I think the item will be transit insured.. in any case, you can speak to the helpline regarding this aspect before taking any final decision.. BTW if the discount is 10K, why not give it a chance...

I already bought Sony 40EX430 becuase when i called up (indiatimes shopping customer care) there since there were two listing of EX650 40 inches in their site one of 57k and another 64.5k (both without any diwali offer discount) thy told that dont buy it there is some flaw in our system so dont place your order or else we have to refund it to you and can take more than 15 days.. So I thought not to take a risk and bought it from local store..

It cost me 47.5k by selling my old 25 inch Samsung Flat CRT nd also using axisbank 5% cashback offer at ezone.. I guess without exchange and all the price is 54k

I feel that NX650 is better than EX650 - the monolyth design makes look very pleasing indeed. It is a pity that NX650 is not available in 46".

Yeah the design is awesome.. in PQ there's hardly ny difference..

both tv has arrived.. no word from sony dept for installation as of yet.. but lg is very good in that dept they send me a message confirming of installation to be done tomm with some code for reference.. also got call from a lg installation guy for when to come..
