I have seen Sony 46W950A and Panasonic 42AS670D ( yet to see an 50"), I am now in fix to choose between these two.

While I have read reviews both have been rated more or less the same. I have negotiated the price for the 50 inch and 46 same at equal rate. Now what to choose? Please suggest and sorry for starting new topic.

Better start a new thread. I am not sure where 670D is rated equal to 950a. The only model which can be compared to 950a is the Samsung 8 series flat panel.

670D can be better compared to the other IPS panel displays

Backlight 9 ? U must be watching in a very bright room

For 3D, I have no idea because I am yet to see even a single Clip in 3D yet. For me 3D is just an eye candy.

Yup watching it in a well lit room, during night I reduce the backlight to 2-4

At what level do you keep the led dynamic control?

I got 4 active 3d glasses, two remote controls and stand
