Sony Cx520 TV Remote question

Hi All


Just purchased a Sony Cx520 Tv. I have recieved a remote with it RM GD-020. I have attached it to my cable connection using the normal RF jack.

Now, the question is how do I change the channel when the channel number is in double digits! In any other TV, there is usually a button which if you push first, you can then enter two or three numbers to change the channel.

This particular remote does not have that button. So, if I want to change to channel 20, if I start by pressing 2, the channel changes to 2 and I then don't know how to get to 20.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Check to see if there is a (+/-) button on the remote.

Pressing this button will allow you to input two digits at a time.

If not post a picture of the remote or someone using the same remote can help you.

Or check the manual for input using the remote.

Just press the double /three digit number.So if you want to go to 20 press 2 and 0.

If you want to go to single digit ch press 2 and leave it or press 0 and 2,the second option is faster depending on how fast you press .

There is something called digit direct (not sure ) in the TV options. Please disable it and you can type 2 digits....
