Sony e3100 BDV home theater

Hi

I have recently bought the Sony e3100 BDV home theater .

I am looking for the best speaker settings for the standard configuration.

i.e. 2 front speakers (in front of the sofa set)
2 surround speakers (in back of the sofa set)
1 sub-woofer in front
1 center speaker in front

what could be the optimum db(decibels) settings for this setup .

The speakers and sub-woofer have got -6db to +6db .

and any one using this SONY E3100, please also give any more tips for the best configuration to listen to FM channels and music by Pendrive .

i'm not sure ..self is using Denon Home theater system in which usual setup is 0db..hope u can find this in ur owner manual itself..
