Hi i dont think there will be much difference in picture quality but they have changed the interface little bit in the newer models. Both are good tvs see which one do you find better.

Only difference between these two model is ex650 has motion flow 100hz.

Since the difference is only refresh/motion rate to 100Hz, 5k is big difference. If you are watching news channel a lot it might matter - because that is where most of the running/scrolling text is.

I enquired with 2-3 dealers in Pune. I got following quote for SONY LED TV 32 " EX650- 44900.

I also want to exchange my Samsung LCD 32" TV purchased in Oct 2008. One of the dealer is ready for a exchange price - 36500. How is the deal? On some site like ebay and compareindia, I saw prices lower prices - 38950.

Can somebody please suggest the price range or further bargain if somebody has negotiated?

Hey man, got for the exhanged price. I had the same dilemma when i got my 32EX650 for 44,900 3 days ago. The ebay prices are sure low and i read reviews about it they might be selling the return models or showroom models as new. Not sure what they do it but they do it smartly and also for Dead on Arrival you have to take responsiblity of sending it to the seller and Turn around time would be long.

also the price difference is mainly due to the VAT or service Tax which is not included in the ebay price. So i feel if that you pay 5k more but have an absolute peace of mind my friend.
