Sony HtR3 - is it yay or nay?

I have already placed an order. Just want your opinion on that. I had earlier faced problems with a 2.1 channel soundbar that would not play 5.1 audio. So I am using that for listening from phone BT music. This one is highly rated. So is this the right choice?

After installation it looks like serving the purpose. Not a bad product. Maybe in a few years I will go for an expensive home theater solution.
