Guys, I have purchased Bravia 47inch w850 some six months back.
I tried to setup a true surround system HERE and dropped the plan due to some personal inability.

Now i am shifting to a rental house for 2 to 3 years.(meanwhile i am trying to build a bigger house and will shift afterwards)

As far now i am using the Tv's sound paired with cheap intex 2.1 speaker system.

I am going to place the TV in the bedroom which is around 200sqft [Square in shape]

I am thinking of getting rid of the intex 2.1 and powering a new system.
Budget is upto 50K

Actually we don't have a proper audio system till now (except my signature acoustics earphones) in our house.

Here is my plan :

Buy a Good package under 50K or so and keep it in master bedrooom for 2 years.
After we move into a bigger house shift this package to some other room and build a bigger one for 1L.

For now I am confused to which i should go.

This will be used for : 70% movies and 30% music ( i would like to have good clean dialogues- i am suffering now)(have lots of BD)

This will be connected to :
1)My PC ( will be the source for all media )
2)Plex server (laptop)
Would also love to connect my phone if possible

I don't think buying separate AV receivers and speakers will hold good for 50K package will hold good.

Thinking of going between HTiBs and soundbars.
I heard that soundbars won't perform against a HtiB (?)

Currently i went through these :

Yamaha 299
Sonodyne exbar
Sonodyne pqube

Please suggest me which side i should go for and any other packages are welcome
Thank you.

thinking of going for

yamaha 299 or
30K AVR + BA 5.1 (29K) or
30K AVR + YAMAHA NS555 / Sonus 2504 / Polktsx330t / BA A250 / Genie 3 + centre (max 10k)

So it is like this seperates > HTIB > Soundbar

For a 50K budget now , i would suggest get an used AVR for around 15K and look to complete 5.1 in 35K... You had already picked the brand Sonodyne...

Look for Sonus BS 1501 + Center + surrounds + Roarr series / or any sub from other brands to complete your setup.... If you can't complete 5.1 in 35K, complete 5.0 first... This will give you a good movie watching experience.....

Later point, you can invest in brand new AVR, you can sell off the old AVR

If you look to buy new AVR within your budget, you will get only an AVR + BS for 50K...

Think & decide....
