is this about open frame stands for the harbeths ?

Open frame stands for harbeths and epos are not new.

I used to have such stands on my Epos M12i

Or is it a new tweak and if so - it will be nice to share on the forum unless its patented.

Open frame stands are what Vivek suggested which I have still not been able to try but the tweak that he shared was to put very small wooden blocks of a square inch with 7-8 mm thickness between the bottom of speakers and the stand - 4 per speaker...

It has cleaned up the sound of my speakers and the bass is has become tighter.. I know my room requires more damping but just the wooden blocks have made a substantial difference to the sound...
