Hi, I recently purchased a Polk Audio TL350 from the US. I live in Hong Kong. I was wondering if the voltage difference between the US and Hong Kong would cause an issue. The speaker system is 5.0 and does not have a subwoofer. I will be pairing it with a receiver and subwoofer that I will purchase in Hong Kong. Will the 220v compatible receiver drive the speakers without a problem or is the voltage an issue?
This is my first actual home theatre system and I'm a little clueless
Any help would be appreciated

Voltage does not make any difference for passive speakers like your Polk Audio TL350.

You have to think of matching Voltage only for active Powered Speakers/ Sub woofers

As long as the speakers are passive i.e. do not require to be plugged into a power socket, no issues.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
