Hi Friends
Would appreciate your help in selecting speakers for my vintage setup. I have Thorens td 160 with SME3009 imp connected to Sansui Qrx 7001 quad receiver. I am presently using a pair of National panasonic speakers 8 ohms (couldn't find model no) .would like to get some decent speakers for the front (bookshelf or FS. New or vintage which can be used with the Sansui or another amp at a later stage) The hall is about 20 x 15. may be I can use the present panasonic speakers as rear for the 4 ch music. Also I would like to know if someone who can recap the receiver. where can I get RCA and speaker cables for replacement in chennai(not too expensive)
my budget for speakers - 25K TO 30k
SANSUI - 35W X 8 Speakers possible
