Subwoofer recommendation for exisitng setup

Hi All,
Need suggestions for a subwoofer to pair with my B&W 603 S3 and Center Speaker. Also have Denon 3800h as AV receiver.
Also is there a need of power amp ? Room is medium to small and i don't listen too loud
